Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a purchase made from www.lifemix.net, you can return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery
for a full refund. The returned item should be in their original packaging or tag, accompanied by the original receipt or its copy.

If the return is a result of our error, please email customer service and we will help you through the process of providing
you with a return shipping label that you can print out.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item and you wish to exchange it for the same product, please return the item to us and purchase
the same item through the site again.

It usually takes about 7 days for us to complete a return, we will email you a confirmation once it is complete.

In-Store Returns

If you are able to return your purchase at our Lifemix shop location, please bring your original receipt and the item in its
original packaging and/or tag for our associates to fully service you.

Return on Sale Items

Sale items are final and may be exchanged or returned for Lifemix credit only.
